1-2-1 yoga and sound meditation is a bespoke practice dedicated to your needs

In a four-weekly practice I worked with a mother of three (including twins) whose full-time stressful job meant downtime is limited. Battling injuries from her 100th+ marathon milestone, my client needed a little reset, so each week I incorporated a gentle yoga flow or Yin Yoga and sound healing with Tibetan Bowls. Most weeks I released built up tension by placing bowls on the body. Here’s her view on the value of her experience.

“I started out having never done yoga before and was very nervous about how inflexible I was, and didn't feel comfortable in a class when I had no idea what I was doing so 121 sessions have been perfect. I was surprised that I really didn't feel self conscious at all though, and Louise made me feel I was doing things in the right way for me. I felt totally accepted and that I was achieving something more each session. I was also very surprised at how sound meditation makes me feel. It's quite a profound experience.

After each class I felt so relaxed and full of positive energy. A feeling I wish I could bottle.

It's one of the best things I have done for myself - it feels like a reset each week for my emotional health, as well as obviously benefiting me physically. As a generally stressed and busy person, it's been very positive for me and well worth the time.” Enquire for further details.

Building confidence and resilience at an early age

I stand by the need to introduce yoga and meditation in schools from an early age. I currently work in two schools - as part of an after school club - offering 60 mins yoga classes.

They are both well attended and the feedback I get from parents is heartwarming.

Get in touch if you’d like me to help you explain the benefits of yoga for young children to your school leaders or I am happy to share with you this flyer!

Louise Hill

My yoga journey began in the early 2000s, spending countless hours immersed in the heat and intensity of a London Bikram yoga studio. Balancing a demanding city career and the joys (and challenges!) of raising two wonderful children, I discovered how vital it was to prioritize my mental health. Yoga, meditation, and sound healing became my sanctuary, helping me cultivate balance, resilience, and a brighter perspective on life.

My passion for children’s yoga stems from a deep admiration for the next generation. I believe every child deserves to feel confident, empowered, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges. On the mat, they get to explore movement, connect mind and body, and—most importantly—have fun! Watching them grow in confidence and resilience through yoga is a constant source of joy and inspiration.
